At Tashara’s Luxe Atelier, each product is carefully prepared and packaged with intention. Because many of our items are handmade and personal-use products, we want to be clear about our return and refund policy.
Returns
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used, opened, or lightly used items.
We only accept return or replacement requests if:
• your order arrives damaged
• your order arrives incorrect
• an item is missing from your order
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at Tasharagill@yahoo.com.
Please include:
• your full name
• order number
• clear photos of the item and packaging
• a brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we’ll offer an appropriate resolution, which may include:
• a replacement
• store credit
• a refund
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
• used candles
• burned candles
• wax melts that have been opened or used
• sale items
• custom or made-to-order items
Lost or Stolen Packages
Tashara’s Luxe Atelier is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, orders may already be in processing and cannot be changed or canceled.
