At Tashara’s Luxe Atelier, each order is carefully prepared and packaged with intention. Because our products are handcrafted, please allow time for processing before shipment.
Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may be longer during launches, holidays, sales, or high-order volume periods.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method, unless otherwise stated.
We may also offer promotional shipping rates or free shipping on qualifying orders from time to time.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout, but they are not guaranteed.
Tashara’s Luxe Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Tashara’s Luxe Atelier is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is missing after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. You may also contact us, and we will do our best to help guide you through the process.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at Tasharagill@yahoo.com.
Please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
• Clear photos of the packaging
• A brief description of the issue
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
