Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Tashara’s Luxe Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before submitting your order.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at Tasharagill@yahoo.com within 3 days of delivery, along with your order number and photos of the issue.

Any approved refund, replacement, or store credit will be handled at our discretion according to our Refund Policy.

8. Candle Safety

Customers are responsible for using candles safely and as directed. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, flammable materials, drafts, and anything that may catch fire.

Tashara’s Luxe Atelier is not liable for misuse of products or failure to follow proper candle safety instructions.
